Pakistan Launches Retaliatory Strike, Destroys Afghan Taliban Posts in Chaman

Mazaj News (Web Desk) Pakistan’s military has responded to what it described as unprovoked aggression by Afghan Taliban forces and elements identified as Fitna al-Khawarij along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border, carrying out retaliatory strikes in the Chaman sector.

Security sources said Pakistani forces launched coordinated action against multiple Afghan positions as part of ongoing operations in the area. Several enemy posts were reportedly destroyed during the response.

According to the sources, key targets included the Sarshan, Al-Marjan, and Edhi posts, along with an Afghan vehicle and other related installations that were hit during the operation.

Officials stated that Pakistani troops are continuing extensive operations against hostile elements and remain fully engaged in countering cross-border aggression.

They emphasized that the armed forces are determined to defend the country’s territory and will continue to disrupt and eliminate militant threats and their support networks.

Security sources further remarked that the plans of militants and their facilitators would be “rendered ineffective,” adding that Operation Ghazab Lil Haq will continue until all assigned objectives are achieved.
