Islamabad, Dec 29: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Monday lauded the security forces for carrying out a successful operation against Khawarij associated with Fitna-ul-Hindustan in the Khar area of Bajaur.
He commended the forces for eliminating five terrorists during the operation and paid glowing tribute to Major Adeel Zaman, who embraced martyrdom while leading the operation.
The prime minister expressed heartfelt condolences to the martyr’s family and prayed for his highest ranks in the hereafter.
Highlighting ongoing counterterrorism efforts, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the security forces were making significant gains under Operation Azm-e-Istehkam. He reaffirmed that the entire nation stands firmly with Pakistan’s armed forces in the fight against terrorism.
“We will completely eradicate all forms of terrorism from the country,” the prime minister added.
