Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has emphasized that all resources of Balochistan must be utilized for the province’s development and progress, stating that Balochistan is of vital importance to Pakistan’s growth, prosperity, and future.
He warned that India-backed elements are attempting to spread unrest in the province and reaffirmed that such efforts will be thwarted at all costs.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Field Marshal met participants of the 18th National Workshop Balochistan at General Headquarters (GHQ), where comprehensive discussions were held on the province’s socio-economic development and strategic significance.
Commending the resilience and patriotism of the people of Balochistan, Field Marshal Asim Munir praised the federal and provincial governments for their ongoing development projects and public welfare initiatives. He noted that these measures are aimed at improving the quality of life of the people and ensuring that Balochistan’s vast economic potential is harnessed for the benefit of its citizens.
He also highlighted the positive and constructive role of civil society, particularly in countering negative propaganda and fostering sustainable development.
