ISLAMABAD, Dec 12: A 70-year-old resident of Rawalpindi passed away after suffering a heart attack shortly after leaving the Supreme Court, where he had arrived for the hearing of his pending home construction case.
The deceased, identified as Abid Hussain, had been pursuing a case related to the construction of his house.
The first hearing of his petition was held on November 11, 2025, while the second hearing was scheduled for today but was later adjourned.
